1. Who this policy applies to
This Cookie Policy explains how Stephen Price, entrepreneur individuel, operating under the trading name Junction Solutions, SIREN 108 309 725, uses cookies and similar technologies across the Junction family of websites and services.
It applies to Junction Solutions, Junction Hosting, Zen Cart Solutions and the Junction client portal, including services provided through junction.solutions, junctionsolutions.host, zencart.solutions and client.junction.solutions.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, embedded scripts and comparable browser-based storage or access methods.
Some cookies and storage are strictly necessary to provide a requested website, portal, login, cart, checkout, security or session function. Optional analytics, marketing, advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking technologies must not be loaded unless valid consent has been obtained first.
3. Current audit summary
A fresh audit was carried out on 15 August 2026 using fresh browser sessions for the public Junction sites and the Junction client portal. Following removal or deactivation of WooCommerce, the audit found no WooCommerce Sourcebuster, cart, checkout, analytics, marketing, advertising or social-media cookies on the audited public routes.
The public Junction Solutions and Zen Cart Solutions websites did not set cookies during the audit. The Junction client portal uses blesta_sid for requested session, login and ordering functions. Junction Hosting displays GBP by default without writing a preference on first visit, and stores the selected currency in browser session storage only when a visitor actively requests a different currency or otherwise makes a currency selection.
The Junction Solutions contact page loads Google Maps scripts and iframe content. No Google Maps cookies or browser storage were observed during the audit, but loading the embed may still disclose ordinary technical request data, such as IP address and browser request information, to Google.
4. Cookies and similar technologies currently observed

Provider / domain: Blesta / client.junction.solutions
Purpose: Provides portal, login, public order-session and security functionality requested by the visitor.
When set: When the visitor uses the Junction client portal, including public ordering or login routes.
Duration observed: Approximately 30 minutes.
Security attributes observed: Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.
Classification: Strictly necessary.
junctionHostingCurrency session storage
Storage type: Browser session storage.
Provider / domain: Junction Hosting / junctionsolutions.host.
Purpose: Remembers a currency explicitly selected by the visitor.
When set: Only after the visitor actively selects a currency; not on first visit.
Duration: Browser session.
Classification: Requested user-interface preference / functional storage.
Google Maps scripts
Provider / domain: Google / contact page map embed.
Purpose: Displays the map on the Junction Solutions contact page.
Observed storage: No Google Maps cookies or browser storage were observed during the 15 August 2026 audit.
Classification: Embedded third-party map content. Loading the embed may disclose ordinary technical request data to Google even where no cookies are set.
5. Consent and optional technologies
Based on the verified configuration, no cookie banner or consent-management platform is currently required because no optional storage or tracking is loaded automatically.
Strictly necessary portal storage and storage required to remember an explicit user preference are described in this policy. Before enabling analytics, marketing, advertising, social tracking, WooCommerce attribution, a plugin-store checkout flow or any other optional browser storage, Junction must implement prior consent controls and update this policy.
Where optional technologies are introduced, refusing them must be as easy as accepting them, consent must be granular where appropriate, and visitors must have a clear way to change or withdraw consent.
6. Managing cookies and browser storage
You can usually block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent requested functions, such as portal login or public ordering, from working properly.
Browser session storage is normally cleared when the browser session ends. Visitors can also clear it through their browser privacy settings.
7. Changes to this policy
Junction Solutions will update this Cookie Policy when cookies, storage, scripts or service providers change in a way that affects visitors or clients.
